(一) 會員 (1) 小學組會員包括香港天主教教區學校聯會（以下簡稱「聯會」）屬下之小學，以學校為單位。 (2) 會員學校以校監及校長代表出席會議，每一代表均有選舉權及被選權。 (3) 每一代表均有一席投票權。若一入擔任多於一所學校的校監，亦只計算一票。   (二) 執行委員會 （以下簡稱「執委會」） (1) 學校代表 (a) 小學組學校分為5區，各區學校代表由分區會員互選出任。任期兩年，並只可連任一屆。 (b) 各分區學校代表人數： 1. 小學I區 3人 2. 小學II區 3人 3. 小學III區 3人 4. 小學IV區 3人 5. 小學V區 3人 (c) 若學校代表調任他區，其任期將會繼續，惟該屆任期將不獲計算。 (d) 若學校代表調任他區而令該區學校代表人數多於3位，可以接受。 (e) 若分區學校代表少於3人，須作補選，獲選新學校代表的該屆任期將不獲計算。 (f) 若學校代表調任原區另一學校，其任期將會繼續，並獲計算。 (2) 委員 (a) 執委會委員由分區代表以互選方式，選出4人，出任以下職位： 1. 主席 2. 副主席 3. 秘書 4. 司庫 (b) 委員任期兩年，並只可連任一屆。 […]
